MSComm Framing Error 1004 Help!

Hey Guys,

So I am working on a pretty old program that we use to flash memory but for some reason doesnt work on some machines.

For some reason on some of the machines I get a Framing error 1004 for the MSComm1.CommEvent. Meaning it started reading at the incorrect point? I am guessing the data is moving to fast. I am reallly unsure what is happening and need some help.

Any idea why this would be happening? What areas should I look into to solve this?
