[RESOLVED] Invalid file format? Error when trying to show a form

Hi there everyone. Over the weekend I was away from home, and was programming on my laptop. Now that I am home I copy my stuff from the laptop over to my desktop where I do my programming, and for one of the forms when it tries to .show, I get the error invalid file format?

Did a form get corrupted or something?
