MSFlexGrid Scrolling - Freeze first column

Hello!

I have a FlexGrid Control on a form, with horizontal scrolling enabled.
I want to have the first column always visible when scrolling to the right.

Any idea on how to accomplish this?

I do not want to use FixedRows.
