Dim statement question

Hi Guys,

let me introduce myself, I work for a company that produces consumer materials and they are labelled in our factories, I have an issue with this:

What is the situation?
We print labels on Packaging Units (say, 5 consumer units in a wrapping) and on Shipping Units (say, 20 wrappings in a box) and we produce and sell our own brands and also private labels, not all products have a product EAN in the database.
At the production line the operator can select the correct itemnumber in a Niceform and enters the expirydate and batchnumber, this means we have 3 data sets for the EAN code:
  1. product EAN
  2. expiry date
  3. batch

With some items where no product EAN is present I do not want to print the whole EAN-128 code and the humanreadable code, there must be a detection code that tells the label to print data set 1 + 2 + 3 when present, or NOT to print 2 + 3 when 1 is not present.

Any ideas on this?

I have no experience with VB-script, please bear this in mind. An axample of the label can be sent by PM.

thanks in advance :)
