align item in combobox

I have this value in a combobox:

123 - aaaaaaa
1 - pppp
1254 - zzzzz
....

of course it is more professional to allgn the item in combobox

to have an idea see the attached txt

or not?

possible that with code?

note:
- the max length of numeric value are 6 caharacter.
- My propertiy alignment of combobox if to the left.
