[RESOLVED] Is there a way to append a listbox item name?

Hi there! I am working on a list of items called CustomPatternList. I would like to change some of the items in the list by clicking on a command button. For example, if I click on an item in a listbox, then click on a command1 button, is there a way to edit the item automatically by adding a symbol like a * to the beginning of the item, but just the item I clicked on?
