Change icon over multiple projects

Hi all

We have a legacy system that comprises a few hundred vb6 projects. Due to corporate re-branding we now need to change the application ICON across all of these projects. Short of opening each application and changing the icon (which would take ages) does anyone know of a way to mass change an icon?
