How to connect to oracle forms with vb6

Hi,,
I am ahmad , i developed an application with vb6 , it's connect to weight indicator with RS232 , the application catch numbers from the indicator to text box and success.
I am user on oracle application and have form to save truck's tare weight and gross weight , i need when press button on oracle form takes numbers in text box at vb application and put in text box in oracle form

Notes: I am user on oracle application not developer
I need connection steps from beginning
