I'm going to propose my matter in this forum;
I'd like to realize with VB6 (or mixed languages C,C++,C#,Python,Java) an RF mobile drive test, in other words with an cell phone I would retrive base station transmitter every information about the cell, the channel like cell id, location area code, signal strenght, cell neightbouring, cell adjacent and so on, it will complete others program to realize mobile RF covering prediction.
Mobile phones take on Android or Windows Phone 7 to 8(?), I'm searching from a long time without result, could someone give me an helping hand? for example there're libraries to do that? or some tutorial, any information is really well acepted,
