Select statement issue..

Hello,
I want to tank everyone in advance, this is my first post here and I am glad there is a place like this to help out those who are struggling. I put together an app that will allow us to put our directv installation summaries in an access database. I have it running now and add and delete records work fine. However when I search or edit a record, I get an error that says.. your select statement has a reserved word of the punctuation is wrong. I am having a problem finding the error. Can anyone help? Here is the vb6 stuff and the database.
