I have tried every method mentioned in every search topic and its not working for me. Its killing me trying to get it to work lol. I'm going serverless with my application so im doing away with the winsock server that does all of my PHP/MYSQL commands. I can do everything that the server does from scripts on a webpage. Right now im just simply trying to get data from a webpage say "http://localhost/test.php" and on that page all i have written on it right now is "HI" and im trying to retrieve that from my DLL. I have tried using a webbroser control or inet control loaded onto a modalform it does not load the modal form and crashes the application. Usually saying out of memory or automation error. I have tried the wininet.dll API and it hangs the application. It locks up and I have to alt+ctrl delete. All of the options work when I try it from a EXE file created in VB but not when its a DLL.
