Create & Populate table in VB6

Hi, I have need for a lookup table in VB6 but see no way to make a table.
Is there a table control? Via Google I found mention of Flexigrid but this
isn't in my Components-Controls list.

If/When a table is made, can I paste values into it and they'll stick ?
