VB6 Resize Forms Solution for automatic form resizing in different resoulutions

I am not sure if it was on this forum but I did manage to get a really good download on how to resize a form automatically by supplying a font size to a procedure. I seem to remember that it worked really well but have lost the download.

Any ideas clever ones?
